What is the Speed Squad Fiber Shop's Return Policy?

All items on the Speed Squad Fiber Shop are 
FINAL SALE.

We do not accept any other returns or exchanges.

Do items come with a warranty? 

The A-Frame, 10x10 tent and tent backwall have a 1 year warranty. *Manufacturer 1 year warranty details: Standard warranty is a one year parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion. Please Contact Us with any questions regarding products with a warranty. 

Can channel partners order from this site?

No. Only Fiber Execution Team members may place an order. However, FEMs & FELs may order on behalf of a channel partner and have items shipped to them. This ensures the Fiber Teams are involved and accountable in the ordering, distribution, and plan for all items available in the Speed Squad Fiber Shop.

Are items with QR codes/links customizable or trackable?

Due to the volumes ordered by Fiber Teams working with multiple campaigns in various territories, all QR codes and links printed on Speed Squad Fiber Shop collateral directs customers to att.com and is only trackable as a whole and not able to be broken out for individual orders. Custom vanity URLs and collateral should still be requested using your BAU process and not through this shop.

Can I use pre-made graphics for custom orders?

Yes. You can repurpose any graphic that is already on an item in the Fiber Market Shop for a custom order as it has been approved for use by AT&T brand.

Can I use my allocated credits for custom orders?

No. You are required to provide a credit card/purchase card on the form for a custom order.

 

Where can I find apparel? 

Apparel can be purchased on the AT&T Brand Shop!*Please note that your credits can not be used on this site.
